A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th from 9:00AM at Middendorf Funeral Home (3312 Madison Pike, Ft. Wright, KY 41017). A funeral service will immediately follow at 10:00AM.
Catherine was known for her great love for Jesus, which she shared with family, friends, and strangers alike. She loved the Word of God and knew it forwards and backwards in three languages. She always had a scripture on hand and a hymn on her lips to encourage and bless others. As a woman of prayer and praise, she leaves a great legacy of faith that lives on in her family as well as everyone who knew her. She was generous in prayer as well as in supporting her local church and global missionaries alike. Driven to make Jesus famous, she completed a book in her late eighties containing her life story, which is full of perseverance and miracles.
Catherine was also fiercely competitive, especially in board games like Rummikub and Ludo (games which she typically won!), including a final game of Rummikub on her last night here on earth. She truly went out a champion. She goes home to her eternal mansion to be with her Heavenly Father, her husband, and the family of the faith who preceded her.
