Obituaries

Terry Lynn Haynes (67) of Butler, KY, passed away on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at his home. He was born in Covington, KY on May 27, 1958, son of the late James Martin and Aline Marilyn Dreyer Haynes.

Terry loved golf! He had been a member of Pendleton Hills since 1998. He was a self-employed contractor, loved corvettes, skiing and being on the water. He never knew a stranger and would help anyone.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers Timmy, Jimbo, Gary and Lenny Haynes. Survivors include his wife Terry Holyoke Haynes, son Garrett (Mary) Haynes, daughter Jennifer Haynes (Walt) Williams, sister Penny Haynes, grandchildren Elijah and Emmett Haynes and Jackson and London Williams.

Visitation will be held from 10-11am, Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at Peoples Funeral Home in Buter. Memorial Service will immediately follow at 11am, also at the funeral home. Please feel free to wear your golf attire in honor of Terry.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Hospice of Hope in Maysville, KY.
