Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law will host “The New Era in Gaming Law” symposium on March 20. The symposium, sponsored by Northern Kentucky Law Review and W. Bruce Lunsford Academy for Law, Business + Technology, will explore emerging regulatory and legalization issues regarding sports betting, fantasy sports, and online gaming.
“The New Era in Gaming Law” symposium will present nationally recognized experts in the field of gaming law. Topics will include casino employment issues, internet and interactive gaming, sports betting in the aftermath of NCAA v. Christie, and other sports wagering issues, including the federal PASPA and UIGEA statutes.

Additionally, three Northern Kentucky Law Review associate editors will present their student notes on gaming law at a Student Scholarship Showcase Luncheon.
