Good week for travelers from CVG: Orange Air adds discount flights, Allegiant adds seasonal service


Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) announced new services this week by Branson AirExpress and Allegiant Airlines.

Branson AirExpress operated by Orange Air will offer discount flights from CVG to Branson, New Orleans and Cancun. Flights will operate in each market three days per week.

A round trip purchase is required for the flights to/from Cancun, Mexico. Discount flights to these three cities are available for purchase now at FlyBranson.com or BransonAirExpress.com orby called 1-888-FLY-BKG1.

“We are excited about our partnership with Branson AirExpress and the Cincinnati/ Northern Kentucky Airport (CVG).” said Jeff Stern, President for Orange Air.

“To celebrate our inaugural into Cincinnati, flights are available for purchase now for travel in the month of May on all routes including Cancun starting as low as $99 including all taxes and fees. Flights are available for purchase June through December at great discount rates as well. We want our customers to understand our tremendous product and everyday great low rates. We see a need in all of our cities that it not being filled by other carriers.”

“We are pleased to welcome Branson Air Express operated by Orange Air to our family of carriers at CVG,” said Candace McGraw, chief executive officer, Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. “Branson Air Express operated by Orange Air is another new low fare option for our passengers.

Branson, Missouri will become the 57th nonstop destination served from CVG,” said Wm. T. (Bill) Robinson III, Kenton County Airport Board Chairman.

Allegiant Travel Company begins seasonal service from (CVG) to Savannah, GA (SAV) to Savannah/Hilton Head starting on May 8 with flights operating on a Monday and Friday schedule until August 20 when it becomes a Thursday and Sunday schedule

Savannah/Hilton Head is the 10th non-stop destination Allegiant has started from CVG in the last 15 months.
