Skyward, formerly known as Vision 2015, promoted Kristine Frech to vice president and Nancy Costello to director.
Frech joined the organization in 2012 as the manager of strategic initiatives. In that role, she was the driver behind the build out of the Licking River Greenway and Trails system and murals as well as the expansion of Green Umbrella. In her new role, Frech will be managing government and community relations as well as the education focus area of the myNKY work plan.
Costello has been with the organization since 2010 and was most recently the manager of education initiatives. In that role, she was instrumental in the formation and ongoing success of the Northern Kentucky Education Council. In her new role, Costello will be managing the wellness focus area of the myNKY work plan.
Both individuals are responsible for aligning community energy, empowering stakeholders, and driving finance in order to deliver measureable progress towards the community-based goals.
