Crews will start shifting traffic onto the northbound section of the Interstate 275 Carroll Cropper Bridge Monday, Sept. 21.
This process is expected to take several days to get into place as traffic is shifted to the northbound structure allowing for one lane of travel in each direction.
Work will continue on the southbound structure as the deck restoration project on the bridge is completed. Periodic long delays should be expected. Motorists are advised to seek an alternate route.
Anticipated completion date is December 2015.
