The Newport Fire/EMS will be hosting a 9/11 Memorial Service on Friday, September 11th at 10 a.m. at the Northern Kentucky Firefighters Memorial by The World Peace Bell at 4th and York Streets.
The public is invited to join local Fire/EMS agencies in remembering the tragic loss and heroic events of September 11, 2001.
In addition, the Newport Syndicate will be honoring local Fire, EMS and Police officers with a luncheon following the 9/11 ceremony.
