Thomas More senior forward Austin Juniet (Fort Thomas, Ky./Newport Central Catholic) and senior defensive back Trey Wells (Louisville, Ky./duPont Manual) earned weekly honors from the Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) office.
Juniet was named the PAC men’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week after he helped lead the sixth-ranked Saints to a pair of PAC wins last week and remain undefeated in conference play.

He finished with 11 points on two goals and seven assists while logging 97 total minutes of play. He totaled five assists in Saturday’s win over Westminster, which set a new Thomas More single-game record.
Wells was named the PAC Football Defensive Player of the Week. Wells helped the Thomas More defense limit Saint Vincent to 314 yards of total offense in Saturday’s 42-28 win.
He finished with three tackles (2 solo, 1 assist) and had two interceptions. His second interception, which came with 3:33 remaining, was returned nine yards for a touchdown to put the Saints up by two scores.
The men’s soccer team returns to on Wednesday when it travels to Grove City, Pennsylvania to play Grove City College at 1 p.m. The football team returns to the gridiron on Saturday when it is in Grove City, Pennsylvania to play Grove City at 1:30 p.m.
