State Rep. Dennis Keene, D-Wilder, filed for reelection for State Representative for House District 67 in Frankfort on Wednesday.
Keene has held the seat since his election in 2004 and serves as the Chairman of the Licensing and Occupations Committee, Vice Chairman of Economic Development, Vice Chairman on the Budget Subcommittee on Transportation and a member of the Banking & Insurance Committee.
Keene will hold his campaign kickoff fundraising event hosted by Eric Rose at the Newport Aquarium on Wednesday December 2, 2015.

“Elections are an important facet of our democracy, but for me it is about leadership and service to the people,” said Rep. Keene. “I am honored that the citizens of my district have put their faith in me and look forward to continuing to be a strong voice in Frankfort.”
House District 67 encompasses Campbell County’s Ohio and Licking River cities including Newport, Bellevue, Dayton, Wilder, Silver Grove and Melbourne and also includes portions of Highland Heights, Southgate and Woodlawn.
