The Team of the Week, presented by Scoutware, is D3hoops.com’s weekly honor roll. This is the program’s 19th season recognizing the performance at each of the five positions for the previous week.

This is the ninth time that Moss has been named to the national team of the week as she earned the honor five times during the 2013-14 season and three times during the 2014-15 season.

She is the second Saint to be named to the D3hoops.com National Team of the Week this season as sophomore guard Abby Owings earned the honor on Dec. 1.

Moss averaged 23.5 points, 11.0 rebounds and 5.5 assists last week to help lead top-ranked Thomas More to a 2-0 record. In the Saints’ 75-37 home win over Centre College on December 16 she finished with 16 points, seven rebounds, four assists and a steal.

She followed that up by posting a 31-point, 15-rebound double-double in Saturday’s 85-69 win at 11th-ranked Calvin College, just missing out on a triple-double after totaling seven assists to go along with three steals. Moss finished the week shooting 58.8 percent (20-34) from the floor and 88.2 percent (15-17) from the free-throw line.

Moss and the Saints are idle until Dec. 30 when they travel to Bloomington, Illinois to play Illinois Wesleyan University at 3 p.m.
