Two of BCM’s holiday events have been chosen for inclusion in “50 Days of Art,” which celebrates the 50th anniversary of the creation of the Kentucky Arts Council. The museum is one of several Kentucky Arts Partnership organizations across the state that are hosting events included in this celebration.
The BCM activities that are included are a performance by Dramakinetics of “The Amulet Stone” at 2 p.m. on Sat., Dec. 5, and the Hills of Kentucky Dulcimers Christmas Concert at 2 p.m. on Sat., Dec. 19.
Both family-friendly events are free with museum admission.
The Kentucky Arts Council was created by the General Assembly in March 1966 to foster environments for Kentuckians to value, participate in and benefit from the arts.
