As Miss Kentucky, Clark serves as the spokesperson for the Kentucky Department of Agriculture’s “Kentucky Proud” program, which encourages consumers of all ages to purchase products produced in Kentucky and to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.

Her visit to Erlanger-Elsmere Schools is available through the district’s Carol M. White Physical Education Program (“PEP”) of the U.S. Department of Education to promote lifelong healthy habits for students.

“I am always looking for speakers and activities that will encourage students to be successful in their education, while living healthy lifestyles,” said Diana O’Toole, the district’s PEP project coordinator. “Miss Kentucky will speak to students about overcoming academic struggles, and how eating correctly and getting exercise will help them in every area of their life. Miss Kentucky has overcome obstacles of her own to become successful, and it is because of her determination that she is in the position that she is today.”

Davis is expected to speak to students for approximately 20 minutes, with 15 minutes following for questions. For more information about Miss Kentucky, click here .
