Northern Kentucky men hope to build on big win, face road challenge at Valparaiso


Following its thrilling come-from-behind 75-71 win over Milwaukee in its last outing, the Northern Kentucky men’s basketball team heads to Valparaiso, Indiana, to meet the Horizon League-leading Valparaiso Crusaders on Thursday at 8 p.m.

• NKU rallied from an 11-point deficit in the second half to defeat Milwaukee, 75-71, Saturday.
• The last time NKU overcame a double-digit second-half deficit came Jan. 17, 2015, when it came from 13 down to beat USC Upstate.
