Hope for Boone County will hold a Heroin Town Hall Meeting tonight from 7-8:30 p.m. at Crossroads Church, 828 Heights Blvd. in Florence.
A panel of experts including medical professionals, law enforcement, behavioral health professionals and family members of addicts will be discussing the issue and answering questions.
Hope for Boone County is aimed at educating citizens on the impact of the problem of heroin and prescription opioid painkillers on the community and engaging citizens in solving it.
