Five individuals and teams from RE/MAX Affiliates in Florence are among the nation’s best according to the 2016 REAL Trends “America’s Best Real Estate Agents” survey.
The agents/teams include Jane Ashcraft-West’s team, Dianna Caldwell’s team, Frank Littrell’s team, Duane D. DeGroff and Richard Hubbard.
“America’s Best” is the industry’s largest ranking of agents based on homes sold in 2015. Nearly 2,700 RE/MAX agents and teams are featured in this year’s survey.
The survey is open to individual agents who closed at least 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume and teams who had at least 75 sides or $30 million in volume. The fourth annual ranking groups agents by state and metro area. According to the survey, the agents and teams of RE/MAX Affiliates are the top producers in Kentucky.

Aschraft-West’s team has more than 27 years of experience in the Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati markets. This is the third year Ashcraft-West’s team has been recognized among “America’s Best.”
The Dianna Caldwell Group has more than 23 years of experience in the Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati markets. This is the third year The Dianna Caldwell Group has been recognized among “America’s Best.”
The Frank Littrell Team has more than 40 years of experience in the Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati markets. This is the third year The Frank Littrell Team has been recognized among “America’s Best.”
DeGroff has been with RE/MAX for more than 25 years with specializes in the Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati markets. This is the third year DeGroff has been recognized among “America’s Best.”
Hubbard has been with RE/MAX for more than 16 years and specializes in the Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati markets. This is the third year Hubbard has been recognized among “America’s Best.”
RE/MAX agents accounted for 22 percent of the more than 12,000 participating agents who qualified for the survey. This year, RE/MAX had more agents named in the survey than any other brand.
