FirstLight Home Care of Northern Kentucky, a leading provider of non-medical home care, today announced local entrepreneur, business leader and Crestview Hills resident Brennan Sweeney has joined the company as a partner.
Sweeney has extensive business consulting and management experience, having achieved many successes for clients locally as well as across the globe. In addition, Sweeney founded, grew and served as CEO for a fast growing property management firm and has also served as a strategic advisor for multiple start-up businesses in the area.
As a partner with FirstLight Home Care of Northern Kentucky, Sweeney will be responsible for strategic planning and will advise the FirstLight leadership team on initiatives to help grow market share. FirstLight owner Beth Steel will continue to manage daily operations, with a focus on expanding the company’s personal and companion care offerings, staffing, and client and caregiver satisfaction.
“Our goal is to be the number one home care provider in Northern Kentucky, and Brennan has the experience and knowledge to help us achieve our aggressive growth goals,” explained Steel. “Brennan has a track record of driving results for local and global companies, and we are very fortunate to have him as a member of our team.”
“As a lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky, I was eager to work with a company that has a positive impact in our local community, and isn’t solely focused on the bottom line,” shared Sweeney. “Joining FirstLight gives me the opportunity to share my expertise and help grow the business so we can provide much-needed services to even more area residents.”
