Villa Hills Mayor Irvin T. “Butch” Callery has issued an amended special meeting notice for the city.
The City Council will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 4 at 719 Rogers Road. The Amended Agenda includes:
1st Reading and discussion of draft Ordinance 2016-k, establishing a Code Enforcement Board;
1st reading and discussion of draft Ordinance 2016-L, prohibiting public nuisances and establishing standards, procedures, and penalties for violation thereof;
Discussion and approval of draft Municipal Order 2016-J, reappointing Rod Boehner and Denny Houlihan to the Villa Hills Vacant Properties Commission; and
Potential Executive Session, regarding pending or threatened litigation.
