Fast Park, a leading provider of offsite airport parking solutions, today unveiled an enhanced website that incorporates in-demand travel tools and provides mobile access to parking rewards. The new thefastpark.com marks the company’s foray into online parking reservations, an increasingly important feature as parking capacity at airports around the country often is stressed around peak travel seasons.
“The whole Fast Park business model is about adding value to our customers’ travel experiences,” shared Melanie Chavez, Fast Park’s executive vice president of construction and branding. “While we’ve always delivered an excellent in-person customer experience – be it through amenities like luggage assistance, free newspapers and bottled waters or kids’ activity packs – upgrading our website to provide concierge-level service before and after our customers’ trips was a priority for us as we strive to truly be a valued travel partner.”
In addition to online reservation capabilities at each of our 17 facilities across 15 markets, which guarantees customers entry into a facility during even the busiest travel seasons, the new website boasts an enhanced customer dashboard and repackaged instant price calculator. Relax for Rewards Card holders also benefit from new online capabilities, including a mobile Rewards Card and paperless reward redemption.
Customers also can access travel tips, airport guides and destination recommendations on the website’s blog. Chavez added: “Whether planning business, family or international travel, thefastpark.com provides insights and inspiration, connecting travelers to resources … both parking and beyond.”
