The City of Edgewood is offering a Frfee Self Defense Training class for women ages 12-99 year old!
Starting January 10, the classes will be held on Tuesday and Thursdays for two weeks (1/10, 1/12, 1/17 and 1/19) from 6-9 p.m. at the Edgewood Senior Center.
Mark your calendars and get your girlfriends, mothers, daughters, and grandmothers to join the training with you.!

Phone numbers for everyone attending* *if you are a parent bringing your child(ren), then your email and phone number are all that’s needed.
If you are bringing friends, co-workers, etc. then please provide individual contact info for everyone.
The class is limited and available on a first-come basis. You do not need to be an Edgewood resident to attend.
The Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) System is a program of realistic, self-defense tactics and techniques. It is a comprehensive course for women that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance, while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training.
The RAD Systems is dedicated to teaching women defensive concepts and techniques against various types of assault, by utilizing easy, effective and proven self-defense tactics.The system of realistic defense will provide a woman with the knowledge to make an educated decision about resistance.
