Moser sworn in as District 64 State Rep; part of Republican House majority for first time since 1921


Today, Kim Moser of Taylor Mill was sworn in as the District 64 State Representative. Moser, a Republican, was elected to serve the constituents of the 64th District on November 8.

Rep. Moser begins her first term in the State House, filling what is currently a vacant house seat but which was previously held by longtime Representative Tom Kerr.

“I am deeply honored to serve in the Kentucky Legislature and look forward to working on behalf of my neighbors in the 64th District,” said Rep. Moser. “We will work toward making Kentucky more business-friendly and improving the overall health and well-being of our communities.”

The 2017 Regular Session of the Kentucky General Assembly convened today, January 3rd, for a short session that will end on March 31. For the first time since 1921, the House of Representatives will be led by a Republican majority.
