Looking to clean out the house before the cold weather?
Kenton County Public Works is hosting their annual Fall Clean-Up October 5-7 at Lincoln Ridge Park, 420 Independence Station Rd, Independence, KY 41051
Hours of Operation: Thursday, Friday & Saturday 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
Accepted Items: Garbage. Appliances. (4) Tires
The first four vehicle tires are free, afterwards it will cost $3.00 per tire.
Hazardous material and waste will NOT be accepted. Hazardous items include, but are not limited to, paint, household cleaners and pesticides.
Car batteries, anti-freeze, small propane tanks and used motor oil are accepted.
Accepted materials also include fibers (mixed papers), glass, plastics and metals.
Please bring help to unload as they are not always staffed to provide assistance.
Clean-Ups are sponsored by Kenton County Fiscal Court.
