NKY Forum presents ‘I’m from federal government and here to help at Life Learning Center Wednesday

Northern Kentucky Forum Presents: ‘I’m from the Federal Government and I’m Here to Help…’

The Forum will be held at the Life Learning Center, 20 West 18th Street, Covington on Wednesday, October 25th, 6:05-7:35 p.m. Doors open at 5:50 p.m.

It is presented Scripps Howard Center for Civic Engagement at NKU and Legacy, the young leaders group.

Did you know that you don’t have to agree with your elected officials politically to benefit from the services they offer?

Come join the Northern Kentucky Forum as we hold a panel discussion with the field representatives of Northern Kentucky’s congressional delegation.

 Northern Kentucky’s congressional delegation has a well-established, well-earned reputation for strong constituent services in the local field offices.

This Forum will give you a clearer picture of what they do — and how the field reps might be able to help you navigate the Federal Government when the need arises.  The Field Rep panelist’s territory includes the City of Newport.

Moderator will be Executive Director of Life Learning Center Alecia Webb-Edgington. Panelists are Senator McConnell Field Representative Shane Noem; Senator Rand Paul Field Representative Billy Matthews, and Congressman Thomas Massie Field Representative Bob Porter.

The Forum is free to attend but RSVP is helpful.
