The Women’s Crisis Center’s 9th Annual Toast for Hope is Friday from 6:30 to 11 p.m. at the Drees Pavilion.
Eat, drink and be giving at the event featuring wine, craft beer and bourbon tastings paired with dinner by-the-bite, open bar, live and silent auctions, a DJ, dancing — and more.
Michael Thornton from Boone County Distilling Company will be offering bourbon tastings throughout the evening, and mixologist Jessica Meyer from The Globe will be mixing two speciality cocktails for guests to try.
Then there are games — like the wine pull, the wine ring toss, and heads or tails.
All proceeds benefit the Women’s Crisis Center.
