Shadowy, radiant, glossy.
The Behringer-Crawford Museum walls are lined with beautiful works of freshART of all shapes and sizes from talented artists in the Northern Kentucky community. freshART 2022 is less than two weeks away, but BCM is kicking off the party early.

Today, connect on a personal level with the creators that make the event possible. BCM is inviting everyone to a special meet and greet from 5-7 p.m. with artists, collectors, and fans, where freshART will be displayed. Check out the art, mingle with other art enthusiasts and get excited about the freshART party and live auction Sept. 11. The event is free and open to the public.
A portion of the sale price of each auctioned piece will go to the artist. The balance will be donated to the museum, benefiting area children through BCM’s educational programs. Submitted freshART works will be judged by a panel of experts, with $1000 in cash prizes awarded to the first, second and third-place entries by the William and Patricia Applegate Fund.
The bidding has already begun online at the silentART auction. Featuring previously created paintings, ceramics, jewelry and more, silentART is currently on display at the museum and available for mobile bidding at www.32auctions.com. The silentArt auction will end at the freshART event on September 11.
Since freshART began in 1992, over $950,000 has been raised, bringing educational and cultural activities to more than 275,000 Northern Kentucky children.
