Leaders from Boone, Campbell and Kenton Counties will convene as part of the annual OneNKY Summit on October 25 to accelerate progress on shared initiatives as well as future plans.
Now in its fifth year, the OneNKY Summit is a production of the OneNKY Alliance, addressing transformation and bold progress for the community.
Business and community leaders will address progress and initiatives associated with Unity, Health, and Education building on the success of multiple initiatives.
Since 2017, the OneNKY Alliance has incubated and launched several transformative initiatives associated with these topics including the OneNKY Center (in partnership with the Catalytic Fund and multiple community partners), OneNKY Frankfort, LinkNKY; the OneNKY Summit Series, Breathe Easy Coalition and most recently Educate KY.
“We are entering the next phase of innovation and transformation for our community” said Robert Heil, CEO, KLH Engineers and OneNKY Alliance Board Chairman. “Now is the time to accelerate bold change with bold action – the OneNKY Summit provides a forum to amplify this intent.”
Organized in 2017, the OneNKY Alliance was founded on the vision of a Unified Community and the pursuit of excellence in Health and Education. Past Summit themes have focused on Imagine and Build Our 22nd Century OneNKY with keynotes from a noted futurist, identification of key socio-economic deterrents and aspirational goals for implementation.
“We continue to mobilize leaders around tangible, measurable impact for this community,” said OneNKY Alliance CEO & President Karen Finan. “Accelerate OneNKY is a fitting theme for our Summit focus in 2023 as we continue our upward trajectory in the pursuit of excellence.”
The event will take place at the St. Elizabeth Training & Education Center, located at 3691 Olympic Blvd. Erlanger, from 3-5 p.m.
