Advocates for early childhood learning offering free ‘Cradle to Career’ breakfast event June 28

Every $1.00 invested in high-quality early childhood learning can produce up to $7.00 in return. This is what long-term research now shows. The returns come first in the short run as quality child care supports families and builds a more efficient workforce. The returns multiply in the long run as children who thrive early in life need fewer tax-supported services later, and are more likely to succeed and to build economically thriving communities as adults.

It takes a community working together to create this kind of return on investment.

With this kind of collective impact in mind, advocates for early childhood learning in the Erlanger-Elsmere area are inviting community stakeholders including business, civic and church leaders, early education advocates and caregivers, and the public at large to come together for a breakfast discussion entitled “Cradle to Career” on June 28. The free event will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. in Dietz Auditorium at Lloyd Memorial High School, 450 Bartlett Avenue, Erlanger.
