Obituary For Amy Marie Broughton

With heavy hearts, we are sad to announce the unexpected passing of Amy Marie Broughton, 43, on Friday, January 31, 2025. Amy was a very personable and charismatic person. She had a huge heart, loved deeply, and found joy in giving and helping others. Amy lit up a room with her bubbly personality and beautiful smile. Her sense of humor entertained the young and old. Amy absolutely loved all types of animals, from fish to horses. Her hobbies included bargain shopping, arts and crafts, horseback riding, beauty products, and taking care of her plants. Amy left an imprint on everyone she met and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Amy leaves behind her daughter, Veya Grace Broughton, her parents, Donna Chamberlain and Joe (Debbie) Broughton, sisters Lynn (Mike) Whisner and Lauren (Brent) Parsley, brothers Ryan Chamberlain and Scott Broughton, and her nieces and nephews Bostin, Mikey (Alexis), Brooke, Reese, Rylee, Hadlee and Rhett. She is preceded in death by her step-father, Art Chamberlain.

A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with a service following at 6:00 p.m. at Linnemann Funeral Homes, 30 Commonwealth Ave, Erlanger, KY 41018. Immediately following the service, a celebration of Amy’s life will be held at the Elks Lodge, 7704 Dixie Hwy, Florence, KY 41042. Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 7, 2025, Johns Hill Cemetery in Wilder, Kentucky.
