Obituary For Bradley Blake Slater
Bradley Blake Slater, 61 of Independence, KY passed away on January 1, 2026. He was the son of the late Emil Sr. and Alma (Springfield) Slater.
He had worked as a service technician for automatic doors.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughters, Amy Lee Myer and Tosha Spaulding; sister, Barbara Griffith and brother, Bruce Slater.
Bradley is survived by his siblings, Emil Slater, Jr., Rebecca Brinkman, Robert (Vivian) Slater, Bonnie Dunihue and Bill (Tammy) Slater, along with 9 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 9, 2026 at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 8461 Dixie Hwy, Florence KY from 10am-11am. Burial will immediately follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Miamiville, OH.
