Obituary For Dale L. Jaynes

Dale L. Jaynes, 72, of Erlanger, KY, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, May 3, 2025.

Dale was a retired production manager at LSI Industries, where he dedicated over 20 years of service.

He was an avid fisherman and loved nothing more than riding his motorcycle with his beloved wife, Cheryl, along the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway. The couple cherished their time in Maggie Valley, North Carolina, where they created lasting memories together. After retirement, they split their time between Kentucky and Florida, enjoying sunshine and friendship in both places. Dale especially loved attending his grandchildren’s sporting events.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Donn and Ella Jaynes.

Dale is survived by his loving wife of over 51 years, Cheryl Jaynes (nee Stanfield); children: Scott (Stacey) Unkraut, Maria (Chris) Polanco and Melissa (Brian) Davis; grandsons, Benjamin and Jacob Unkraut; brother: Donn (Susan) Jaynes and their daughter, Jennifer Jaynes; and sister, Christine Ross and her children, Bobbi Ross and Steven Schuster.

A graveside service will be held for Dale on Thursday, May 8, 2025, 1:00 PM, at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Taylor Mill, KY.
