Obituary For David C Frank
David C. Frank, 53, passed away on November 22, 2025 at his home in Dayton, KY. David was the proud owner of Franks Pizzeria. He was a US Army Veteran, an avid skateboarder and he loved horror movies.
David was preceded in death by his father Carl Frank. He is survived by his mother Annette Lewis, daughter Caitlin Frank, his brother Jamie (Kelly) Santini and a niece Kaya Santini.
Services will be private. Memorials are suggested to the Campbell County SPCA, 1989 Popular Ridge Road Melbourne, KY 41059.
