Obituary For Donna K. Lemker Otis
Donna K. (Otis) Lemker, 58, of Covington, formerly of Ludlow, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 29, 2023, at her residence.
Donna was born on March 23, 1965, in Georgetown, Ohio to James and Madeline (Walke) Otis. She was an Accountant and a Homemaker, a longtime member of Sts. Boniface & James Church, Ludlow, she enjoyed Bingo and loved being a Mamaw.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, James M. Otis.
Survivors include her daughters, Jennifer Lemker, Rachel (Zachary Stegemoller) Lemker and Lyndsey Tackett; her companion of more than 26 years, Danny Tackett; sisters, Debi Otis, Debra Bissantz, Diane Otis and Darlene Barton; brothers, Jeffrey Otis and John Otis; and four grandchildren, Keira Lemker, Remi Lemker, Olivia Stegemoller and Maddie Stegemoller.
Visitation is from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm Friday, June 2, 2023, at the Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Ludlow. A Catholic Blessing will be at 3:00 pm.
