Obituary For Harold "Pete" Wayne Trutschel
Harold "Pete" Wayne Trutschel, 90, of Dayton, passed away on January 27, 2026 at Cold Spring Transitional Care Center. He was born September 6, 1935 in Dayton, KY to the late Ray and Fern (nee McAvoy) Trutschel.
Pete owned and operated Trutschel Plaster. In his spare time Pete enjoyed working on his old cars, car shows and fishing when he could.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Irene Trutschel and his parents.
Pete is survived by his sons, Alan (Tina) Trutschel of Fort Thomas, KY, Doug (Julie) Trutschel of Southgate, KY, Mark Trutschel of Dayton, KY, daughter, Jackie Trutschel of Crittenden, KY, brother, Larry Trutschel, sister, Jackie Whalen, 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, Sunday, February 1, 2026 at Dobbling, Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, (241 Fairfield Ave.) Bellevue, KY. Memorial Service will start at 2:00 pm.
Memorials are suggested to the Campbell County Animal Shelter 1989 Poplar Ridge Rd. Melbourne, KY 41059.
