Obituary For Helen Ann Miller

Helen Ann Miller,66, of West Covington, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 14, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Hospice.

Helen devoted her life to her family and her work as a self-employed Domestic Engineer.

A woman of many talents and interests, Helen had a creative spirit that shone through in her passions. She loved to sew, garden, and craft, filling her home and heart with warmth and beauty. Her enthusiasm for life extended beyond her hobbies; she finding great joy in her community involvement. She dedicated twenty seasons as a scorekeeper for Ludlow Youth Softball alongside her husband who coached, pouring her time and energy into ensuring that each game was memorable. As a proud "Ludlow band mom," she supported many young musicians, proudly cheering them on at performances and events.

Helen's generosity was notably displayed in her role as a vital member of the stock car pit crew, where she ensured that everyone at the race was well-fed and refreshed with cold drinks. Her caring character and vibrant personality made her an invaluable presence, and her laughter and love were felt by many.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 48 wonderful years, Richard Miller, her loving children, Melanie (Damion) Gordon of Ludlow, Steve (Alyssa) Miller of Covington, and Erik (Katie) Miller of Eastgate, Ohio; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild; siblings, Thomas Mairose of Park Hills, Patricia Scanlon of Trenton, GA, Paula Hammock of Park Hills, and Sue Minch of Southgate.

Visitation will be on Thursday, September 18, 2025, from 5:00PM until the hour of Service at 7:00PM, all in Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow, Ky

Interment will take place the following day, Friday, September 19, 2025, at 10:00AM in Highland Cemetery in Fort Mitchell, KY.

Memorial contributions suggested to any Ludlow Youth Sport Team.
