Obituary For James Clausing
James Thomas “Jim” Clausing, 76, of Burlington, passed away Sunday, June 18, 2023, at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood.
He was a U.S. Army veteran and retired from US Airways. Jim was also a member of La Salle High School Alumni Association and enjoyed reading, sports, swimming in his pool and spending quality time with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his son, James Stephen “Steve” Clausing; and parents, Clifford H. and Dorothy G. Thomas Clausing.
Survivors include his brother, Clifford Paul (Della) Clausing; cousin, Gregory (Mindy) Clausing; and several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday, June 23, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. till 3:00 p.m. with a funeral service beginning at 3:00 p.m. Friday at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron. Interment at Burlington Cemetery.
