James “Jimmy” Lee Thomas, 79, of Ludlow, KY, passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2023. Born in Covington, KY, on August 10, 1943, he was the son of the late Charles Henry and Mary Frances Thomas. Jimmy enjoyed watching NASCAR, his favorite T.V. Shows and going to church. In addition to his parents, Jimmy was preceded in death by his beloved wife: Dorothy Thomas; brothers: Franklin Thomas, William Thomas and Charles Thomas, Jr.; sisters: Betty Lou Hall, Mary Lou Holly and Bernice Blevins and nephew: George Thomas Hall III. Jimmy is survived by his nephew: Jim Holly and Nieces: Frances Jones, Lisa Derham and Susan Martin. A Visitation will take place on Friday, July 14, 2023, from 11:00 A.M. until the Funeral Service at 12:00 P.M. (Noon) at Serenity Funeral Care, 40 West 6th Street, Covington, KY 41011.
