Obituary For Linda Ann Dugger
Linda Ann Dugger, age 75, of Florence, KY, passed away on January 18, 2026. Linda was born on January 24, 1950, in San Diego, CA, to William and Doris Westergard.
Linda was a devoted member of New Bethel Baptist Church in Norwood, OH, and cherished her family above all else.
Linda is survived by her loving husband, James “Jim” Dugger; her beloved son, Jamie Dugger (Tabitha); and her sister, Gina Westergard.
Visitation will be held from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM, with the funeral service to follow at 11:30 AM on Monday, January 26, 2026, at Stith Funeral Home, 7500 US 42, Florence, KY 41042. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens, Cincinnati, OH.
