Mary Josephine Collins, 83, of Union, KY, passed away Monday, August 5, 2024. Mary was a retired clerk with the IRS. After retiring, she cut hair at Great Clips for many years. Mary was a caretaker for her mother, Margaret, until she passed away in 1999. She will be fondly remembered for her spunky personality, strong faith and her deep love for God. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph John and Margaret Scott (nee: Collins) Schwartz; half-brother, Charles Scott Henson. She is survived by her sister, Sharon Ruth Eagle; half-brothers, James Albert Henson, Jr. and David Leroy Henson; nephew, James David “J.D.” Henson; niece, Adrean Lynn Henson; great nieces, Audrey Stith and Kaylee Henson; nephew, Sebastian Henson. Inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family in Middletown Memorial Cemetery, Middletown, KY.
