Obituaries

Mary Therese Beckerich (nee. Eilers), 78, of Highland Heights, passed away on June 4, 2023 at her home, surrounded by her family. She worked for several years as an Oral Surgery Assistant with Dr. Grau in Fort Thomas, KY while raising her 3 sons. Mary was an extremely active member at St. Joseph Church, volunteering her time whenever and wherever the church needed her. If there was a job that needed to get done, Mary was the person to call. She was also one of the founding members of the St. Joseph Church Drama Club that put on performances every spring. In addition to spending time at church, Mary loved getting together with her friends at least once a month to play cards. Above all else Mary cherished her time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who often enjoyed getting to go over to Nana's house for the weekend.

She was preceded in death by her Husband, John Beckerich, Father, Frank Eilers, Mother, Henrietta Eilers and Siblings, Frank, Catherine, and Richard. Mary is survived by her Sons, Kevin (Angie) Beckerich, Karl (Wanda) Beckerich, and Keith Beckerich, Siblings, Earl, Joan, Patricia, John, and Nancy as well as her 4 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

A Memorial Visitation will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, Thursday, June 8, 2023 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 4011 Alexandria Pike, Cold Spring, KY. A Memorial Mass will follow the Visitation at 11:00 am. A private family burial will take place at St. Stephen Cemetery.
