Obituary For Matthew Frederick Frisch

Matthew Frederick Frisch (59) of Demossville, KY, formerly of Ft. Mitchell, KY passed away Saturday, October 7, 2023, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born in Covington, KY on November 19, 1963, son to the late Mark A. and Mary Ellen Schmidt Frisch.

In addition to his parents, Matthew is preceded in death by his brother John Frisch, sister Mary Frisch, brother David Frisch, in-laws Nathan Houston and Dolores O’hara, sister-in-law Veronica (Roni) Houston.

Matthew is survived by his wife Margaret “Margie” Houston Frisch, he married the love of his life on November 4, 2006. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son Jonathan (Laura) Frisch, daughter Kayla Schneeman, step daughter Erica Houston, brother Jerome (Alice) Frisch, sister Geralyn Haney, grandchildren Jonathan Frisch Jr., Jacob Frisch, Jayden Frisch, Audrey White, Adam White, Kameron Houston, Jenna White, Elian White, great grandson Ashtynn and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Matthew was an avid deer hunter, he looked forward to it every year because that meant hunting with his son and grandsons. He loved fishing, tinkering in the garage with motors and lawnmowers. Matthew was a jack of all trades, diesel mechanic, small engine mechanic, plumber, and electrician. He could fix anything and would learn if he didn’t know how to. His favorite pastime was watching Tim Farmer and Gunsmoke with his wife. He loved westerns, John Wayne, and Andy Griffith. He loved watching his Bengals, Reds, and UK Wildcats. After graduating Beechwood High School in 1981, he served his country in the United States Marine Corp.
