Obituary For Robert Walter Bradford
Robert Walter Bradford, 72, of Newport died January 1, 2026 at home. He was born July 22, 1953 in Dayton, Kentucky, the son of the late Walter Bradford and Ruth Williams Bradford.
He was a retired Police Officer with the City of Newport, and later was the Bookkeeper for Days Inn. He was also a longtime member of the Fort Thomas Masonic Lodge #808.
He was married September 4, 1993 to Madonna "Mickie" Knasel Bradford, who survives. Also surviving are his cousins, Janet Easley, Ricky Williams, Karen Issocs, Laura Wood, Gail Blair, Mike Blair, Becky Blair, and Jerry Eggleston; and a host of family and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted 1 PM Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at the Floral Hills Funeral Home, Chapel A, with Jeff Queen officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 11 AM to 1 PM at the Funeral Home. Masonic services will be held starting at 1 PM. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
