Ronald J. Coble, age 80, of Union, KY passed away peacefully on December 14, 2023. Ronald was born in Tulsa, OK on May 17, 1943 to John B. Coble and Hope Rinehard Coble. He retired as an Engineering Designer with General Electric after 46 years of service. He served as Scoutmaster and Committee member for Boy Scouts Troop 1 from Florence Christian Church for over 40 years. Ron enjoyed time spent on family trips to the mountains, scouting trips to Philmont, Crooked Creek and Ft. Knox. Ronald is preceded in death by his Wife of 55 years Thelma Coble who passed away in 2021 and his Brother David Coble. Ronald is survived by his Children Brenda Klaas (Adam), Carol Coleman (Dan), Dwight Coble (Mechelle) and Ethan Coble (Galia), his 11 Grandchildren – Caitlyn and Ariel Klaas, Gabrielle Cobb (Ryan), Gregory Coleman, Joshua Coleman (Savanna), Rebecca Hayes (Michael), Aaron and Hope Coleman, Olivia, Evan and Ava Coble and 2 Great Grandchildren – Samuel and Alice Cobb. The Visitation will be from 10 Am – 1 PM followed by the Funeral Service at 1 PM on Friday, December 22, 2023 at Stith Funeral Home, 7500 US 42, Florence, KY 41042.
