Timothy O’Connell, age 58 of Walton KY passed away peacefully on March 7, 2024. Tim was born on March 16, 1965 in the Town of Oyster Bay, NY. He grew up on Long Island and moved to Walton, KY in 2003 with his wife and children. He was a stay-at-home dad, proudly raising his girls for years, then became a Boone County bus driver ensuring to always have time for his family while re-entering the workforce. Tim is survived by his wife of 33 years, Susan, and his two daughters, Kerry O’Connell and Danielle Patterson, husband Louis Patterson. His father Raymond O’Connell predeceased him and they are survived by his mother, Betty Schuster and her husband Chuck.
Tim was a good man, fantastic husband, father, son, and brother. He was laid back and easy to talk to. Tim liked to joke around and make everyone laugh. He enjoyed being outdoors fiddling around the property, and one of his favorite things to do was go camping. He could always solve problems with unique solutions. Tim will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
The visitation will be from 2PM - 6PM with the Memorial Service to follow at 6 PM on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at Stith Funeral Home, 7500 US 42, Florence, KY 41042.
