Obituary For Wendell Harold Coffey
Wendell Harold Coffey, 78, of Alexandria, Kentucky, passed away on January 22, 2026. He was born in Matthew, Kentucky, to his parents, William and Lora (Penix) Coffey.
Wendell worked for many years as a manager at the Valve Company. In his free time, he loved hunting and fishing and proudly served with the Northern Pendleton Fire Department.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Gardella Coffey, in August of 2008; his son, Glen Coffey; and his brothers, Earl Coffey and James Coffey.
He is survived by his son, Kevin Coffey, and five grandchildren.
A memorial visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at Cooper Funeral Home in Alexandria from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon, with the service beginning at 12:00 noon.
