William “Billy” Cecil Scott, age 67 of Florence, Kentucky passed away on February 1, 2024. Billy was born in Louisville, KY on April 15, 1956 to Barbara Baker Scott. Billy loved to travel and loved his family and friends. He was also a fan of the Louisville Cardinals, enjoyed watching the Kentucky Derby, and was a member of a charity called the Arch Street Gang. Billy is preceded in death by his Mother Barbara Scott, Sister Judy Rayburn, and Brother Bobby John Scott. Billy is survived by Sons William N. Scott and Dylan Burlew Scott (Shelby), Brother Samuel Scott (Kim), and Cousins Beverly Goodin and Pam Morgan. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
