Clean up, green up and learn with Gateway at free community event focused on sustainability


Gateway will host Clean Up, Green Up & Learn, a free community event focused on environmental education and sustainability best practices on Saturday, April 18, 9 a.m. – noon, at the Boone County campus, 500 Technology Way, Florence. Attendees will have opportunities for FREE on-site shredding and household electronics disposal as well.

Gateway students will display class projects related to sustainability education. Companies listed below will provide on-site household paper shredding, responsible disposal of household electronics and environmental education on how “going green” is easy, fun and beneficial for everyone.
