Narcotics officers purchased heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine, and marijuana from 32 different individuals across the city of Covington. The department was  assisted by the local FBI office, ATF, Kentucky State Police, local probation and parole officers, and the Kenton County Detention Center.

Several of the individuals arrested Wednesday have violent criminal histories including murder and felonious assault.

Additionally, a search warrant was executed in the 2100 block of Howell Street on Nov. 3  and seven individuals were arrested at that location for controlled substance offenses.

The Department is working closely with the Kenton County Commonwealth’s Attorney Office to see that narcotics traffickers face the full consequences of their actions.
