Some 300 attendees and volunteers turned out to support the fight against cancer for the 20th Anniversary Striders’ Ball event for the American Cancer Society in Northern Kentucky.

The event raised $90,000 to help the American Cancer Society save lives through groundbreaking cancer research, education and risk reduction efforts, and free information and critical services for people with cancer who need them.

“It was inspirational to see people from all parts of our community come out to support us and make an impact in the fight to end cancer,” said Candyse Jeffries, event chairperson. “Together, we celebrated those surviving cancer, remembered loved ones lost, and took tangible action to make a difference.”
