Cincinnati Bell Business and Newport-based Nexigen are partnering to deliver carrier and telecommunications solutions with a “customer first” approach.
The partnership brings two of the top tier technology companies in Greater Cincinnati together to improve quality of service to business customers.
Cincinnati Bell Business is a new division of Cincinnati Bell focused on providing solutions specifically designed to fit the needs and budgets of small and medium-sized businesses through collaborative relationships with IT providers such as Nexigen.
The Cincinnati Bell Business and Nexigen partnership leverages more than 100-plus years of knowledge and experience, which will allow all situations to be handled in a timely manner with minimal negative impact to the customer base.
Nexigen, an established disruptor in the region’s IT vertical, will also work with Cincinnati Bell in a new way. Cincinnati Bell has historically had two avenues to service business customers’ needs for carrier and telecommunications: Direct Cincinnati Bell-employed agents, and “brokers.”
These brokers are independent companies that are aligned with Cincinnati Bell as outside agents, but they can still provide the same services and options that an internal agent can deliver. The two avenues are referred to as “direct” and “channel.”
Through the partnership with Cincinnati Bell Business, Nexigen will act as an independent agent that will be partnering and working in harmony with direct Cincinnati Bell agents to provide high-quality delivery of services.

Not only will Nexigen be partnering in the carrier and telco space through its partnership with Cincinnati Bell Business, but also in the robust VAR enterprise business in collaboration with CBTS.
