“Travelers in Cincinnati have told us that they want more low fare Frontier flights,” said Daniel Shurz, senior vice president, commercial, Frontier Airlines. “We’re thrilled to offer travelers three new low-cost, nonstop service options beginning this week. We look forward to welcoming new passengers on-board and introducing them to our Low Fares Done Right philosophy.”

“We are proud to now be offering low-cost carrier service to three of our most popular destinations,” said Candace McGraw, chief executive officer, CVG.

“The growth of Frontier at CVG over the last three years has been tremendous. Frontier will now be offering 11 nonstop destinations and 50 flights a week. The success experienced by Frontier would not have been possible without the support of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky community.”

Frontier began service from CVG in May of 2013 with one daily flight to Denver. In March of this year, Frontier celebrated its one-millionth customer at CVG by awarding that passenger with free travel on Frontier for one year. In addition to Denver, and the three new markets starting this week, Frontier also provides nonstop service from CVG to Atlanta, Dallas, Las Vegas, Orlando, Phoenix and Fort Myers. Additional new nonstop service to Philadelphia will begin in May.
