LEGACY, Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati’s Young Professional Organization, presented the annual Next Generations Leader Awards Ceremony at the Madison Event Center.
The Next Generation Leader Awards (“NGLAs”) salute the region’s young professionals under the age of 40 for significant accomplishments in their chosen professional field, demonstrated leadership, as well as their contribution to the community. The NGLAs was made possible by the generous support of the Presiding Sponsor, Northern Kentucky University’s Executive Leadership and Organization Change (“ELOC”) Masters Program.

Additionally, the Northern Kentucky Fund of The Greater Cincinnati Foundation presented the 2017 Emerging Philanthropist Award to Clare Blankemeyer, The Mayerson Foundation and Impact 100. Clare was given this recognition due to her work as a young philanthropic leader who demonstrates a passionate desire to give back and make Greater Cincinnati a more vibrant, prosperous region where everyone can thrive – and inspires others to do the same.
Gabe Summe, Kenton County Clerk, was given Legacy’s Legend Awards. Summe was a founding member of Legacy who continues to inspire leadership and career success. As a strong community activist and public servant, she serves as an example for current Legacy members.
Jeanne Schroer, CEO of the Catalytic Development Fund, was granted Legacy’s Impact Award for her significant contributions to young professionals and young professional organizations throughout Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati. Through her work and volunteer efforts, she has cultivated the next generation of leadership in Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati.
